Geriatric parameters used for evaluation groups were, Clinical Frailty Index; Charlson Comorbidity Montreal Cognitive Assessment Mini Nutritional Assessment-short form. Besides, ADB defined 3 scales Anticholinergic Burden Classification (ABC), Chew’s scale, Drug Index recorded. Results Despite being younger, had higher comorbidity frailty scores than controls. Patients similar nutritional status, function test results. was important predictor eGFR. ABC score group scale. Conclusions more prevalent expected CKD. In addition, may form causal links one other lead increased mortality rates especially frailty. Therefore, assessment appropriate recommended patients.
